What you need to do to see the “Refresh” button:
1. Click on button in upper right corner:
“Open folder”
2. Open folder of target application in “Synchronize It!”
3. Click “Refresh” button

When you open folder of the target application with “Synchronize It!” first “Synchronize It!” creates snapshot of that folder and then opens it, so you can see changes and get possibility to refresh them. “Synchronize It!” doesn’t refresh the folder after you open it, because it will take too long time. “Refresh” button in lower left corner is grayed out, because it is disabled for preview purpose.
