On Windows 7 and 8.1, a screen pop-up appears with the following message:
“Windows is trying to automatically repair your computer. This is a feature built into Windows that we recommend you turn on for your protection. You will not be asked again.”

and then re-install Windows 7 again and again. I need a clean fresh installation of Windows 7 without this pop up with a direct click of the button.
How to solve this problem without to re-install Windows?
I found some suggestions but not proper help. (Add /disc/c/s -force -ignore -norestart to the Command Prompt,
Disable System Restore and Set System Restore to Never Create a Restore Point.
and so on) but not proper solution.
The question is solved but the same pop up has appeared again for a week, and I am running this command at the next boot:
C:\>regedit /s C:\Windows\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\spuninst.cpl

It appears that this question is possibly being re-asked. If so, I was not able to solve the problem with the solutions I stated. So I followed the instructions found here:

In summary, you start the Windows 7 programm: (remembering to start it as Administrator)

Double-click on System Restore.
Just above the option to turn the system backup tool off, there is a checkbox labeled System Protection, and it can be checked. Then, just below the option to turn off backup and restore, there is an option to turn off System Restore. Just uncheck it, and it will disable it.
I don’t really know if this is a clean solution. There are probably still some steps that can be taken to clean up the system. Also, I am unsure if this means that the system will not be able to use this option again to turn the system backup tool back on.

And so we are back, big news at the end of May saw my beloved 3DS go into Nintendo’s new Pokémon Direct conference and as such, the release of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. The fan reaction has been absolutely incredible, with fans using the two games to try to evoke the same experience of the original games, much like the Nintendo 64 games did.
It seems that this incredible, huge, title has to be the most important title this year, second only to Sony’s upcoming release of the Last of Us Part II. However, I cannot recommend it highly enough, if you want one of the best games this year and the best Pokémon title since Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are out there, already.
The Pokémon series is one of my favorite video game series of all time and the idea of having a new game in the series and then having the old games look a little bit more like the new ones (things like the new shiny Gengar), finally have a new ending where you finally get to see the final boss of the series battle and so on really makes this game a lot of fun.

Ribosomal 5 S RNA was quantitated in roots, stems and leaves of Zea mays L. The concentration of 5 S RNA was 10% of that in leaves for both the chloroplasts and cytosol. The subcellular localization of 5 S RNA in roots was determined using extraction in Tween-20 followed by centrifugation on a CsCl gradient. Approximately 50% of 5 S RNA was in the chloroplasts and the remainder in the cytosol. Incubation of the chloroplasts with 0.5 M NaCl did not affect the distribution of 5 S RNA. Kinetics of 5 S RNA transcription in isolated chloroplasts indicated that it was enhanced by actinomycin D.Antimicrobial stewardship education in post-graduate residency programs and the acute care hospital environment.
Antibiotic stewardship education has been identified as a method to reduce antimicrobial resistance. The purpose of this study was to determine post-graduate residency program involvement in stewardship education as well as attendance at accreditation meetings for antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) education in a sample of acute care hospitals. An electronic survey was distributed to program directors of post-graduate residency programs for emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, and surgery. Post-graduate residency programs in these specialties were included in the study. A similar survey, with an accompanying link to an online version of the survey, was sent to AMS coordinators of representative hospitals accredited by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Eleven programs participated in the residency survey, with the majority of the programs completing the survey (83%) offering a course in antimicrobial stewardship. Nine participating hospitals indicated that they participated in the American College of Emergency Physicians’ (ACEP) AMS manual revision. Nine of the 11 hospitals who completed the survey had an AMS coordinator (82%). Only two programs had a formal course in stewardship. The majority of residency programs (83%) indicated that they would be interested in establishing a formal course or educational curriculum in this field.
