The Windows 10 November Update, version 1809, is being released today, October 16, 2019. Version 1809 includes compatibility improvements for Windows mobile, and the availability of the Project Spartan browser to all Windows 10 devices. The Windows Server 2019 Technical Preview was also released on this day, in addition to a set of new features and improvements for the networking team.

A new version of Windows 10, 1903 was released today, October 16, 2019. The October update to Windows 10, version 1903 is in addition to new enhancements and fixes in other non-security updates, as well as security updates.

Xbox Connect to X feature is now available to all Xbox One and PC gamers in preview. Xbox users will automatically receive activation codes for Xbox Play Anywhere titles. Now, Xbox Play Anywhere titles can be activated via the Xbox app on Windows 10.

the windows 10 mobile emulator can now emulate a wider range of hardware devices for cross-platform development. support for the following additional devices was added to the emulator, including ones that have been previously supported, but that are now only available in earlier edition of windows 10:
for 32-bit systems, there are two iso images: “.iso” file format, containing the windows 10 home edition and windows 10 pro edition media kits for chinese users; “.nbf” file format, containing the windows 10 media creation tool media kit.
for 64-bit systems, there are also two iso images: “.iso” file format, containing the windows 10 home edition media kit for chinese users; “.nbf” file format, containing the windows 10 media creation tool media kit.
in addition to the above two main iso images, microsoft also provides a dvd image to create a media kit for the windows 10 home edition available in china. this version of the media kit contains a chinese user interface, but does not have a chinese product key. in addition, this media kit also contains a store app, called windows store, which does not contain an english interface. this dvd iso image is available only for the home edition of windows 10 (not available for the chinese user version), and it can only be used to activate a windows 10 home edition in china. for more information about the chinese edition of windows 10 home edition, see get set go – windows 10 home edition in china.
