Similarly, the absorbance intensity of the reactions products increased with increasing concentrations of DNFB for both the methods. The optimum concentration of DNFB for method I was 0.1% v/v and for method II was 0.5% v/v. The absorbance intensity of the reactions products increased with increasing volumes of buffer solution.
