Shri Vallabhacharya, the scholar, was greatly impressed by this fact, that after Shri Bhagavata
Purana, which holds the complete story of many Deities, He would recommend Shri
Bhagavata Purana to be read repeatedly. And thus he composed this Purushottama
Sahasranama Stotra. In this way, he composed this Stotra to please Shri Bhagavat
Purana. He composed it during the period when he was a sadhaka (a serious student of asceticism), alone in the forest. He got this idea from the Bhagavata Purana. In the year 1584, Shri
Vallabhacharya was enthralled by this fact.
It is the most difficult and sacred part of the Purushottama Sahasranama Stotra.
One has to compose these Shatakam in the serenity of the forest. One should listen to the texts such as
Shri Shatakam compositions. It is like listening to an ancient piece of music. One has to bring out the best of his personality and ability.
To be fully conscious that one has to compose the Shatakam for the one whom we all worship in the form of Rama.
We worship Him with all our heart, soul and mind and should be prepared to compose them the best of our ability. These words are from the book Amritasriti of Sargavoo Srikanta.

Which literally means that one should fully contemplate on the meaning of the bhagavan Shri Rama. After listening to the perfect knowledge of the great Rama Shri Bhagavata Purana. The Shri Bhuvaneswara Shri Shatakam is the Shri Sukta with the Chhanda of Shri Shri Shatakam.[Note: The Shri Shatakam in the Ashtottara Shatanamavali is 1053 verses long. It holds the verses for Shri Rama, Shri Lakshmi, Shri Vishnu, Shri Shiva, Shri Agni, Shri Vayu, and Shri Brahma and generally holds the same bhagavata as in the Saptati Shri Shatakam.]
ishwaradharmi is one of the most revered names of lord krishna. it is also known as ishwaradharma as it is a compound of ishwara and dharma. this term denotes the perfect abode and conduct of god (shri krishna), he is selfless with no personal gain (selfless dharma) and he is a destroyer of evil(selfless ishwara).rama, dhruv and dwarka rama has 4,000 names (dwarkaramaashtottara), therefore as many as 108 names of lordrama are mentioned in this hymn. ishwaradharma is a prayer of twenty-seven verses, in the first verse and in the tenth verse. it mentions 108 names of lord krishna. the hymn is also called ishwara dharmayatra as it enumerates 108 names of krishna, meaning a mahavidya in kavya language (knowledge), and viveka in vedanta language. it is also called the stotramastaram. shri bhagvat amritanirnaya is an abridged form of jagatjit.hindu saints will be doing great service by copying and disseminating the stotra on the guru dakshina (income for charity) in the name of swami vivekananda.
the brahmanapuranin which the stotra is present it is written in a very simple language. it is a sanskrit poem that discusses vyasa’s commentaries of the shraddhijnanabhaya to show the supremacy of krishna over vishnu. the stotra contains descriptions of the beauty of lord krishna’s names. its format and grammar are similar to a true love poem. you can call it “matrubhavo” (poetic form of love.)
sahasranamavali: literally means “the thousand names of lord krishna.” the list of 108 names of krishna is in sanskrit. the names are arranged in the descending order of their frequency. the order is firstly “nara, narayana, vasudeva, ananta, nageshwara, nandan, swayamvara, namandu,” etc. the second part of the list is the names of all the opulence of lord krishna. the names include nara (a kind of son), narayana (a kind of second son), vasudeva (the father), ananta (the protector), nandan (destined to be killed), suyama (deity), rishabha (waking), ananga (the enjoyer), amalaka (eternal) and pradyumna (other son).
