  • In Bullet Time the main attraction of the game play lies in its ample use of advanced graph theory. For the first time a shoot’em up game has been developed by using these graph concepts. The action is divided into multiple levels and each level is considered as a graph. A graph is a network of nodes and connections between the nodes, very much like the stage is a network. To be sure that no obstacles or walls are created in graph theory, that there is no link between nodes. The levels are then constructed by arranging the nodes in a way that allows the easiest and most efficient path between nodes. In the process of graph theory, one also uses nodes to describe certain distinct types of obstacle. Then a new level can be constructed by arranging the node’s in a certain way.

    Graph theory, which functions by division into hierarchical layers, enables us to decompose a given problem into a number of hierarchically organized steps. The graph provides a way to visualize the branching decision tree of all possible solutions to a given problem. Bullet Time is based on this technology. During the creation of the levels, we use multiple levels of the graph to ensure that no solution is being hidden or avoided.

    Graph theory and our own software algorithms, make game play lightning fast. It also ensures that you don’t get burnt out while playing. Never miss a shot and take as many opponents down with you as possible. You have to start from the beginning of the level if you miss your next shot.

    Bullet Time is currently available for free for Adobe Flash Player 7.0 or higher. A browser version of Bullet Time is available for windows and

    (Description)
    Bretth:
    Hello,
    I am a player from the IA community, who worked on the scenario for this game.
    I would like to talk about the weapons.
    I got the idea to make a game with the specach of Bretth’s scenarios, and we wanted to turn to a game with weapons of the GTA world.
    So we chose the weapons that are most famous in the GTA world, but also the most feared. We made weapons that we can think that they would be on the streets, and weapons that we imagine that they would be handled in an office. And weapons that we think that would be able to kill without much effort.
    We know that many players are interested in guns, but we know that most of them don’t know weapons.
    So we made a scenario to get better know.
    “Dredge”:
    * 28 challenges
    * 9 weapons
    (Description)
    Jehanne:
    In each stage, you will find a weapon on which you have to drive yourself.
    You start with a pistol but you will go to assault rifles, shotguns, grenades, riot guns…
    You have to use different guns to find the hidden weapons.
    You have to find the hidden weapon or run the timer.
    (Description)
    Jehanne:
    You have 7 days to collect as many guns as you can.
    On Dredge you won’t find non-lethal weapons, these are useless to you.
    You only have to hunt those 6 kinds of weapons:
    * Pistol
    * Assault rifle
    * Shotgun
    * Riot gun
    * Grenade
    * Machine gun
    (Description)
    Jehanne:
    At the beginning of the game you have to choose a type of weapon: pistol, assault rifle, shotgun, grenades, riot gun, machine gun.
    After you have chosen your weapon you will have to choose the gun itself.
    The weapons are all that you find on the stage.
    You need to pick up weapons that are always changing.
    You can see here the weapons of each stage:
    * Stage 1: Beretta PX4
    * Stage 2: Browning HP
    * Stage 3: Jericho
    * Stage 4: Ruger SR9
    * Stage 5: XDm
    *
