I have seen the USB cable working fine on another computer, so I am thinking it might have a software error causing this. I have Epson support, but Epson does not have a remote fix. My printer is not seeing the drivers, but I know where to locate them. Theyre in S:\Epson\Printers\ POS58\Driver\WZAPOS58. Do I add some kind of parameter or what do I add to my code to open the file or what do I need to do
Really appreciate it if someone could help me. I can connect USB and test the printer if necessary. I know where to find drivers on my machine, but dont know the x-cups.org host name for the remote driver list. I am using the latest version.

My issue is that when I attempt to print from Quickbooks, there are no prints, nothing happens, no errors. I am unsure about the driver for this printer. I believe this is a generic Thermal receipt printer from Epson. I downloaded the driver from here but have not been able to use it. Is there a way to add this to my code?
