What Is AutoCAD?

One of the main user interface (UI) functions of the application is the ability to draw 2D and 3D objects on the screen. There are two modes in which to create a 2D object, 2D drawing or Batch2D. A 2D drawing lets a user create objects on the screen using the pen tool. The user can draw out a shape and fill it in with colors, textures and patterns. The main purpose of a 2D drawing is to create an image file to be used in the drafting process.

What type of water heater should I buy?
My family (3 adults, 1 toddler) is moving to a new home. We are moving from a condo with gas water heater to a house with electric water heater.
The heating option that we are choosing is a combi, which is essentially a combination of a water heater and a furnace. In case it matters, the heat the furnace outputs is forced air.
I have heard that combis are a bad choice because you cannot reset the temperature like you can with a tank-style electric water heater. We don’t have time to buy a tank-style water heater, but that seems like a bad trade-off.
Is this a bad choice, or are combis still an option for good-quality water heaters?
(The reason we aren’t going with a tank-style heater is because of the fear of buying a heater that will be out of service when we move out of our condo.)
