Encore Full Library also has Application presets for Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, along with short video thumbnails and a Disqus commenting theme, however, I wasnt interested in using any of those as I use Facebook only for friend updates and Twitter for microblogging, and YouTube is easily a waste of time for small-scale projects.

Basically theres no way for me to select the triangle border in Figure 3, but I need to go back and make sure the right thing is selected. Its also impossible to see whats going on under the Blend Modes stack as Encore scrolls the video off the visible screen during playback, but I could have made the same mistake in Premiere Pro just by trying to select a large enough area. All in all, it took me about 30 minutes to finally figure out how to get back into the video, and I wasnt even sure if it was the right thing until I finally found the clip with the mouse. I could easily design something a lot better in Premiere Pro, but I cant guarantee this type of clutziness will go away, and Adobe seems to be going the direction of making their tools more locked down, not less.

Unlimited editors means one CUE file
Stability is ok for now – with the biggest performance hit from CS6 betwen CS5 and CS5.5 i would say i get 2-3 hours between 4GB drives and my CPU – with lots of video files usually 500-1000MB. Overkill? Maybe. With the best modern CPU’s you can process up to 100 x 20 minute clips before you start seeing any perceived performance issue. This is a CPU limiting feature and has nothing to do with storage speed.
The next issue you would have is the lack of a specific user monitor for the project/clip to which the active camera/track is attached. This was added to FCPX after years of requests. Its one of the most requested features for any media editing program, so its sad that they didnt add it sooner. A specific user monitor would ensure that the director, camera operator, and editor could each see the same thing at the same time, which makes this type of editing easier. The closest thing you have now is the timecode annotation panel. However, this is still not specific to the active track. Timecode sync is still cumbersome and the manual synchronization and timecode accuracy can be painful. Again, Premiere is getting closer on this. The Previews panel is still the way to go.

the most dramatic difference between premiere pro and the previous versions is the new, familiar and highly customizable adobe color panel. all the controls for color correction have been moved to a separate panel, which can be accessed from the main premiere pro workspace (figure 2).

i’m trying to get the premiere titles to work in encore, and it’s not working. i get the error, “premiere titles not installed” in the title window. i’ve tried installing both the software and the functional content, but it doesn’t work. any ideas?
i have tried installing on both a new computer and an upgrade from premiere 6.0. i have done this on windows 7 and vista. when i install the encore software, the titles work fine in the fcpx timeline, but not in encore. i get the same “title not installed” message in encore.
hello,i have a problem with encore (cc). i wanted to have my titles visible in my timeline. the only way i can get this to work is if i put the titles in the fcpx timeline. any reason why it does not work when i try to put them in encore?thanks in advance!
i have a premiere pro 7.0.2 system, an e-machines 7863 and a matrox rtx-100 xtreme. premiere pro 7.2 is the only version of premiere pro that worked flawlessly with premiere pro 7.2. i have been trying to get premiere pro 7.2 to work for the past two weeks, and have not been successful. it will not render anything. i tried the troubleshooting tips, and all of them have either not worked or have caused additional problems. i would appreciate any help.
