d. You will not sell Snap Camera or content associated with Snap Camera, and you will not make any offers to sell Snap Camera or its licenses directly or indirectly, to any person or entity in exchange for any consideration of any kind. To the extent Snap owns any patents, copyright, or other intellectual property rights that are necessary to implement or operate Snap Camera, You will not modify or sublicense the same and You will not assert any patent, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights against Snap, its affiliates, and its licensors with respect to Snap Camera or any Snap Camera-related technology. Unless You have an express license from Snap to do so, You will not take any action that allows You to bypass, circumvent, remove, deactivate, or otherwise prevent Snap Camera from performing its security or functionality functions or to allow You to use Snap Camera in any other way not intended in this Agreement. You hereby agree that Snap shall not be liable for any modifications or upgrades to Snap Camera by other parties, and You shall remain liable to Snap for any changes to or use of Snap Camera in any manner not contemplated in this Agreement.

e. You represent, warrant, and covenant to Snap that: (i) You own or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses to use Third Party Tools and Your Content; (ii) Your Content does not and will not violate or infringe any copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, service marks, patents, moral rights, and any other proprietary, intellectual property and other rights including image and personality rights (collectively, Intellectual Property Rights) of any third party; (iii) Your Content is and will remain in compliance with the Guidelines; and (iv) Your use of Snap Camera, Third Party Tools, and Your Content will not result in the transmission to Snap or into any Snap system or platform of any back door, time bomb, Trojan Horse, worm, drop dead device, virus, spyware, or malware, or any computer code or software routine, which permits unauthorized access to, disables, damages, erases, disrupts, or impairs the normal operation of, or use of any Snap system or platform.

1. In order to properly connect the camera with the smartphone, the camera is equipped with a micro-USB port. If the smartphone (iOS, Android, etc.) is not equipped with a micro-USB port, you must use a micro-USB cable. It is not necessary to install this cable to the smartphone since it is connected to a micro-USB port of the camera, and Snap Camera uses this connector. If the smartphone or cable is broken or non-functional at any time, the non-functional cable may be returned and replaced with a functional one. The smartphone used must be running the latest version of the operating system compatible with Snap Camera.
The following shutter speed, Aperture and ISO combinations are available for still shots using the TZ cameras. Although the camera may be operated with a single shooting mode, a combination of modes is possible, depending on the subject and available light conditions.
3. NO WARRANTY.Snap neither warrants nor represents that Your use of Snap Camera will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that Snap Camera and the Lenses contained in Snap Camera or the use of Snap Camera is or will be free of viruses or other harmful or destructive computer code or other material. Snap makes no such warranty or representation with regard to Your use of Snap Camera or its Lenses.
4. LIMITED LIABILITY. EXCEPT FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.If Snap (or its suppliers or subcontractors) has a financial interest in Your use of Snap Camera and Your Content, Snap will not be liable to You for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits or damages for lost data or business interruption) arising from Your use of Snap Camera and Your Content, including without limitation any such damages caused by or related to bugs, viruses, or other harmful computer code or other material, even if Snap has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
