THE BEGINNING
Phuture is a project of the French talent YS Interactive. It is an action-adventure comic in the spirit of games such as « Shinobi » and « Alone in the Dark » series. Each game is designed to meet the demands of the platform at hand, and is a set of game to appeal to the most demanding fans of these games.
The story takes place in 1936. A secret Chinese gang controls the city. In its depths, a mysterious man goes on mysterious tasks. His name is “Dr. Wong”.
The story unfolds gradually, each chapter having two or three gameplay levels, each chapter is very different, for example, one can take the role of a member of the gang. At the same time, the player will have the opportunity to travel the streets of Shanghai in a real-time action adventure game, using a variety of weapons that allow the player to confront enemies and obstacles in order to achieve their goal. The game’s player is also able to experience some comic moments that takes place in the story. The comic itself contains a series of puzzles and ideas for gamers and comics fans.
Fans of action games will find some objects reminiscent of them such as the sword and the bow. These elements were to highlight the tactical combat of the game.

Our team is composed of various members of the game industry such as programmers, artists, designers and musicians. Each member has taken it upon himself to contribute to the development of the game.
JULES WATIN: Co-founder of YS Interactive, he will oversee the project at the same time as Art Director. He previously worked on the Metalheadz and Wiziq platform, and has participated in several successes of the games industry such as Outlander, Soulwarp, and Freeciv.
MARION MION: Art Director, graphic designer and game artist. He began his career by creating a number of very attractive and well-known titles, such as Repulse, Freeciv, Outlander… He is the creator of the three characters deployed at the origin of the Phuture project, drawing characters and backgrounds. As the basis for the comic in the game, it is the artist’s style and the characterization of the characters.
MAURICE LETONDRE: Game Developer and co-founder of YS Interactive. He has been working for many years on the creating of game, and he has been the programmer for Outlander, Wiziq, etc…

    So, the city was destroyed, they were all killed, including mom, dad, and any other family members. The prisoners were then taken to the stockade, so many prison cells made of stone were placed in a circle around a big square. Although, not all of the prisoners were taken at once, after they had cleared the city, only those who had shot and killed a crowd or had gone on a rampage, would be sent to prison. No crime deserved to go free.
    With a time span of 3 months in prison, all the prisoners were eventually taken to be with the rest of the jail cells, but one other inmate, Scooter, was taken before them all.
    “I wanna know why!” Scooter had shouted. “You look me right in the eye and lie to me!”
    The inmates stayed silent.
    “When are we going to be released!” Scooter had asked.
    No one replied.
    “You don’t want to know!” Scooter exclaimed.
    “You don’t know that,” one inmate, Diego, said. “He could have been lying to you!”
    “Don’t give me that shit!” Scooter had shouted.
    “He could be telling you the truth!” Diego persisted. “You don’t know!”
    “I don’t know? I’ve been here for almost two years!” Scooter had yelled.
    “He could have lied to you!” Diego had said.
    “I can’t wait to get out of this place!” Scooter had exclaimed.
    Then, there was silence for a while. It was hard for Diego to continue anything when there was silence, he had no way of talking, just trying to keep his strength up.
    Scooter kept staring at Diego with rage.
    “That lying sack of shit!” Scooter had said. “I’m going to beat him up!”
    “Don’t go, you’ll get in trouble,” Diego had said.
    “Fuck you!” Scooter had shouted.
    There were several dead bodies lying on the ground, in which it seemed like they had all been killed by the same person. The prisoners had lost count of how many bodies had they seen, as well as how many they had killed themselves. This was such a disappointment,
