Built in Minecraft:
While developing Toy Tinker I spent a lot of time building the various objects in-world. Much of the environment was built in the game, and everything could be moved around and scaled at will. It was a blast (once I quit Ctrl-C’ing my way through).
The game not only manages the objects in-world for movement, but it manages the in-world lighting and physics. This helps to simulate real world interaction between objects.
The game was built with Unity’s (Unity Technologies) powerful physics engine. It does an amazing job of handling the objects’ real world physics, and even complex physics like a catapult or spring.
Most of the objects are simply moved in-world using the arrow keys. Some objects can be picked up and moved to other positions or sizes. This is accomplished using a physics algorithm that allows the objects to use physics laws to interact with each other.
The game also manages the objects’ appearance in-world with an in-game material system. This material system handles many of the object’s surface properties like glass, metal, fire, fire arrows, and explosions.
The game also uses the Minecraft audio system that is included with every Unity build. This is great because it allows the game to play audio that is similar to what you might actually hear in real life. (though not perfect)
Each object also has a unique sound. The sounds are of that object’s real-life counterpart. It is exciting to hear different sounds when you use new objects. The game also has a background sound that goes with each world.
This is a simulator after all, and not a perfect “how a real world would look” type game. So the sounds, lighting, and visual environments aren’t exactly exact replicas of the real world.

Plot

Psycho Starship Rampage is an action shooter where you fight wave after wave of nasty enemies to earn the respect of your pilots.

Horizontal scrolling levels that are easy to play but hard to master,
vertical scrolling levels that require good control and speed and
slope based levels that will let you burn and shoot at will.
Every level is based on a movie/album.
From Indiana Jones to Rocky Horror Picture Show.
This will lead to a proper story when you play the game.
The ending won’t be as straight forward as the movie you played.
Rewards and leveling up
The game features an interesting scoring system where you will receive score points when you kill enemies.
You will also receive experience points when you customize your ship and after each level.
You can level up by sending your ship to the next level or sending one of your pilots to do it
