In this video tutorial I show how to use rDelete to permanently delete a bunch of emails. If you only plan on deleting a particular person, you may use a different solution. But this solution will work with hundreds and hundreds of messages. You can use it in conjunction with the snort Snooze function that is available on a ton of email services (ex. gmail, outlook) and depending on how many messages you delete in one swoop, will add days or weeks of real time inactivity.

You can use the rDelete Mail Utilities and Windows Explorer Utilities like you would use a Snooze function.
I show you how you can make a macro that will snooze an email that’s in the body of your inbox for a particular time period, and send a copy to a folder in your mail box. If a new email arrives when the macro is not running then it will just continue to snooze. This will keep you from accidentally snoozing an important message.
