The agreement resolves charges that Boeing, between 2001 and 2008, operated an illegal, export-controlled business and diverted aircraft for illegal export activity, including exports from Great Britain to Hong Kong, the Philippines, Russia, and Trinidad and Tobago. Boeing also failed to submit required export control information and sought to cover its illegal activities by falsely representing it to be business or commercial in nature.
