BEEPOFF is a little DOS application designed to prevent your system from generating a beep whenever character 7 is displayed (^G). Some older DOS programs make beep sounds whenever a message is displayed and that can be very annoying.
BEEPOFF is easily installed (via AutoRun utility) and can be used with all GNU/Linux distributions that use an MS-DOS compatible boot loader.
Some of you might be confused. Some of you might think about how the heck we’re still working on a year-old game on our 25th anniversary, but we’re still working on it. The reason you should care about that is because it makes us think about how we’ve been able to refine the game over the years, and how each year we make it a little better than the year before. How to use:
