How to prevent IsolatedStorageExplorer from removing my WebBrowser control?

IsolatedStorageExplorer from Microsoft provides a way for application to access Isolated Storage.
My application uses a WebBrowser control to browse to a url.
I know from experience that the IsolatedStorageExplorer will remove my WebBrowser control from memory if I don’t handle the WebBrowser Control the way I do.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
