A puppetmaster is one of the most versatile characters in the game. They’re good at retrieving information from the minds of their opponents and are able to see the very fabric of the world around them through a supernatural ability of their own. They are also able to convert their enemies into puppets in order to use them against their foes.
The Illusionist possesses a superb Fate of 3, an instant Discover ability and the following spells:
1) Illusion – Use this to affect the attitude of others around you, create illusions, or disguise yourself. You may use this only once per scene.
2) Psychometry – An innate ability that allows you to pick up the memories of others. You may only choose a card in one random Lore, Psychic or Wildcard deck. The memory is of the person you just picked up, their thoughts, their feelings, their hopes and their dreams. You can learn something about them, their past, their family, friends, enemies, and their city. Your maximum results per person is 15.
3) Stealth – Instantly become invisible. You may only use this once per scene.
You create an illusion whenever you have an Appearance of two or more. You must have an Appearance of two or more to be able to create an illusion.
And so long as you are invisible, you may pass through any wall.
You may only create an illusion as a free action and may only create one. Creating an illusion counts as the use of a spell. You are restrained from creating an illusion if you are adjacent to something that has fewer than the Appearance value or you are adjacent to something that has an Appearance value that is greater than the Illusion value. You can only create an illusion in the Story mode and city scenes. You must spend one Fate to create an illusion with an Appearance value of one or two. You can create an illusion with an Appearance value of three or four with one Fate. You can create an illusion with an Appearance value of five or six with one Fate. You may create an illusion with an Appearance value of one or two with one Fate and a second Fate if you use stealth.
Swiftly create illusions that follow your movements to confuse your opponents and with a range of nine. When creating an illusion, you must be adjacent to the target or you may not create an illusion. Creating an illusion counts as the use of a spell.
Whenever you use your Discover ability, you have a 50% chance to learn one card in a

    Sludge Fighters is inspired by a fun of 1960s arcade games, so we built the game for two gameplay styles to meet your speed and action needs. The action-packed mode lets you move and shoot at all your targets as fast as you can. The challenge mode lets you strategize your shots and finish the game as quickly as possible.

    For every difficulty level there is a specific version of Sludge Fighters tailored for players with specific skill level.

    An intuitive movement system makes for a realistic ballistic trajectory and physics. DUALTRACK turns enemy fire off-screen as you slide left or right and direction inversion lowers gravity (up on certain surfaces). You can even roll and spin!

    The Sludge Fighters development team has been working on this game for nearly three years and we’re proud to release the Early Access version of the game!

    We’ve decided to make the early access version for Sludge Fighters Free to Play. This decision was made as we wanted to stress the core gameplay of Sludge Fighters, rather than having a paid product.

    We’ll continue working on the game and add more content to make it a fun and complete game, which means new maps, characters and bonuses. We’ve invested in the gameplay with early access to let the community help us test and find out what works and what doesn’t.     We will also continue working on the game to support Steam PVP and the Arcade mode.
