Otherwise, this is a great experience, but don’t expect many levels.

Sink in a deep dungeon of various objectives to achieve as you fight your way to the exit. There are multiple endings to the game.
Gameplay is once again done excellently. The biggest additions over the first game are the sword/shield system, the ability to power up your weapons, and the ability to feed your weapon to increase your stats. You can do all sorts of cool shit like cheese or even activate alternate attack modes. The gameplay is amazing.
The graphics look great and the music is amazing. The sound effect are very good as well.
Overall, this is the perfect dungeon crawler. Its lack of content and difficulty will hold it back from any sort of true acclaim.

Clicking to get a card will reduce the Blood Pressure for that Card and Pump the Blood into the Heart, but if you wait for too long, the Blood Pressure for the card will be negative, and there will be a countdown, then Clicking will use them up and with negative Blood Pressure, the Heart will attack you.

You must also craft them into meals and sell them to reduce Hunger. The faster you click the more Card Points you will have to craft meals with, and there are 2 types of meals you can make: Calm for normal people’s hearts, and Weaken for the weak, such as obselisk and heartstone.

Also, the amount of Blood Pressure you have reduces the probability of getting heart attacks, that is to say, clicking at lower Blood Pressure will lessen the chance of attack.

Clicking your mouse or pressing a key (if you are on Mac) to start the game will pause the game and allow you to immediately click to close the game.
