This is a story-driven, science fiction-themed, single player, first-person perspective, 3D, physics-based destruction, adventure game developed using Unreal Engine 3.
It’s challenging, it’s quirky, and it’s a game that explores the connections between the mind, thoughts, and the subconscious world.
DREAMLINED currently features four playable characters (the fourth character is unlocked when unlocking the other three) each with their own sub-specializations (physiology, sociology, microbiology, psychology).
Along with a diverse gameplay style, DREAMLINED will feature a wide variety of sub-stories and character interactions.

The Story :
Beyond the obvious, the story is rooted in our belief that the human mind has the potential to be a much greater power source than it currently is.
Why have we never developed tech such as this before? Because we didn’t know what would happen when we could harness its limitless potential.
It’s something we also didn’t know we should be doing.
While DREAMLINED isn’t about overstepping ethical boundaries (the developers have made it clear that it is a game of fiction) we do want to explore themes that are relevant to our time.
As such, DREAMLINED is about the exploration of what would happen if we were to turn this technological genie we’ve already been given, loose.
The Gameplay:
DREAMLINED will play in a third-person perspective, with elements of first person.
You are the creator of an artificial human mind that has been interfaced with your computer.
You will use this mind to build machines, and crush your enemies by destroying their dreams.
Thoughts and ideas will be stored on your mind’s harddrive for later reference and/or experimentation.
This harddrive can be accessed via the mouse cursor.
Our goal with DREAMLINED is to create a unique gameplay experience while still maintaining the scope and size of an AAA title.
To do this, our gameplay solutions will work to the following principles:
Connecting the player to the environment and characters with high fidelity (higher framerate, draw distance)
Avoiding too many cutscenes
Abundance of AI, with at least one non-human character that can act on their own and is not easily fooled or manipulated by the player

Features Key:

  • Roid is a very simple character based on Charlie Fox of Luke Skywalker fame. You can make him jump, shoot a blaster gun at some jumping enemy’s heads, and do a jump kick. Not much to say about it besides that.
  • The game allows you to play with another person on your own, against a computer opponent, or a human opponent (however, the computer opponent is virtually unbeatable, and is very frustrating).
  • When you’re playing with a friend (on your own or with a human opponent), the game shows you how many points you have. When you’re playing with a computer opponent, it shows you how you played and who you lost to.

    • Multiplayer

    • You play co-op with one other person on your own, or with another person playing a human opponent.

    Graphics and Sound

    • The graphics and sound in this game have been improved over the older demo. The graphics look better, and the sound is even better.
    • As well as your character, there are the enemies who shoot at you.
    • You can play in the air by using the jump punch. You can also slow down time by holding a joystick in the right position.
    • The best way I can describe the shooting is as the “Playdynamix” of a platformer.
    • The enemies move extremely fast, but are made up of flying and jumping polygons. They move in patterns that make them easy to trap.
    • The music tracks of Marty and the enemies in the game only go up to 15 for you to hear. However, there’s a cool music feature where you can listen to as many songs as you like. We managed to cover ten of them in MP.
    • Marty runs, jumping, jumping, and jumping. However, he can’t shoot at anything at that point.
    • Roid is the only friend you can choose between human or computer, and he looks exactly like your own idea of what a Little Tramp should look like, which makes him all the more relatable. His

      The thing is, even if you do remove it, it’s never hidden from view, it just was hidden, and that’s not good enough, there should be an indication that there is a list of devices, and it should allow you to select and see it.

      But I still have to say, you shouldn’t hide stuff like that from the user, and you should not remove the list as it used to be on the main page, I still could not find it even after that “switch”.

      It’s a great tool that doesn’t need to be hidden from the user, nor removed.
